Private Events at Covered Bridge Café
Host your next gathering in the warm, inviting atmosphere of Covered Bridge Café. Whether you’re planning an intimate celebration, a casual corporate get-together, or a dessert and coffee reception, our space offers a charming setting for memorable private events.
We’re happy to host a variety of occasions, including baby showers, bridal showers, birthday celebrations, rehearsal dinner gatherings, family events, corporate or team gatherings, book clubs, community groups, and dessert receptions.
A Cozy Space for Intimate Gatherings
Our private event space is ideal for groups of 10 to 20 guests, making it perfect for smaller celebrations that still deserve thoughtful service and delicious food. Events are typically available after 6:00 PM, though alternate arrangements may be available upon request.
Private event rentals are $100 per hour with a two-hour minimum. A $250 deposit is required to reserve your date and will be applied to your final balance.

What’s Included
Your event rental includes table linens, cloth napkins, glassware, and water glasses. Wine glasses are also available for $2 each.
A 15% event service fee will be added to the final bill.
Custom Event Options
Looking for something a little different? We can also accommodate alternate event formats, including cocktail-style gatherings, dessert and coffee receptions, charcuterie or antipasti tables, custom tasting menus, wine-focused evenings, and live music gatherings.
Alternate pricing may apply depending on the style and needs of your event.
Decorations
You’re welcome to decorate for your event. We simply ask that no tape, nails, confetti, or glitter be used on walls or fixtures.
