20 guests minimum
Comfortable capacity of approximately 20–40 guests
Additional event time may be available depending on the date, schedule, and availability.
Reservations & Deposits
A reservation deposit is required to secure your patio event date. The deposit is applied toward your final event balance.
Final guest counts are typically due 5–7 days before the event so we can properly prepare food, staffing, and setup.

Weather Policy
Because patio events are outdoors, all events are weather-dependent.
In the event of severe or unsuitable weather conditions, Covered Bridge reserves the right to reschedule or modify patio events for safety and operational reasons. Reservation deposits may be transferred to a future available date. Weather-related decisions are generally made within 24 hours of the scheduled event time.
Indoor relocation or modified service may be considered depending on operational availability.
